La Baleada is one of the most famous Honduran dishes. You’ll get two, consisting of flour tortillas filled with mashed fried beans and optionally, cheese, eggs, avocados, and Honduran-style sour cream known as mantequilla.
Carne Asada, Honduran style! With this delicious specialty of the house, you’ll get a flank steak, your choice of corn tortillas or tostones, (a type of fried plantain) and refried beans.
Pupusas are the national dish of El Salvador. You’ll get two thick, skil- let-cooked corn griddle cakes stuffed with refried beans and cheese traditionally served with a side of green salsa and cabbage salad.
This is a crowd favorite in Honduras. Packed with meat, rice, and spices. The dough is made using masa harina, rice and your choice of chicken or beef. They’ll be rolled into the size of a tortilla that’s thick enough to hold it all together.
In Nicaragua, buñuelos are super tuani! They are made from yuca, eggs, and cheese. The buñuelos are rolled into balls and deep fried. They are served with chocolate syrup, sugar, and cinnamon.
