Choice of meat. Served on a bed of rice and topped with sautéed Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes and a Special Cheese Sauce.
Steak or Chicken. We use our Special Recipe to cook tender strips of Marinated Chicken Breast or Beef Skirt Steak with sautéed Onions and Bell Peppers. Served with Corn or Flour Tortillas, Refried Beans and Mexican Rice. Garnished with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Guacamole, Sour Cream and Pico de gallo.
