This is how my Berliner Granny made it. This Is a light potato salad, no mayonnaise. It’s vinegar and oil with Granny Smith and Pink Lady Appels. It’s sweet and sauer - it also has our Dill Pickles and Sweet Onions. It’s great for Vegans.
AKA : Speck Salad is a no Mayonnaise based potato salad we use Golden Potato, Onions, Mustard, Vinegar, Oil and of course Speck / Bacon. Best served warm when you take it home just pop in the microwave for 1 1/2 min. So good.
