1/2 lb of Extra Jumbo Size Shrimp. The shell has been peeled, the shrimp cleaned and deveined, and the tail left on. This allows our extraordinary sauces to coat the shrimp itself and not be wasted on the shell.
An 8 oz. (230 gram) cut of New York Top Sirloin. We marinate the steak in white wine and pure olive oil mixed with herbs and spices overnight, before cooking to order and tossing with your choice of our original sauces.
Half pound of chopped chicken tossed in your favorite sauce
1/3 lb of fresh caught local island ahi (tuna). We traditionally serve this delicacy raw and mixed with seasonings, but we can also flash-fry it, cooking only the outside and leaving the center pink, or we can cook it all the way through... although we highly recommend eating it raw! It is mixed to order with thinly sliced sweet onions and tossed in our special sesame/shoyu/teri sauce and topped with roasted sesame seeds. As we mix it upon ordering, the sweet onions stay crisp and the ahi does not soak up
